Plant Manager in our factory<\/p>\n
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager in our factory located in Kiryat Gat, Israel.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n
\n
Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance.<\/li>\n
Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve operational excellence.<\/li>\n
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.<\/li>\n
Manage budgets, work plans, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Operational Excellence).<\/li>\n
Manage stock levels and availability of various raw materials.<\/li>\n
Collaborate with company management, suppliers, and clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n
\n
Relevant academic degree (Chemical Engineering \/ Materials Engineering \/ Industrial Engineering & Management or related field).<\/li>\n
At least 5 years of proven managerial experience<\/b> in an industrial\/manufacturing plant (experience in fertilizers \/ chemicals \/ food \/ pharma \u2013 an advantage).<\/li>\n
Strong leadership, decision-making, and team motivation skills.<\/li>\n
High motivation and commitment to succeed in a challenging role.<\/li>\n
Fluent in Hebrew and English. Spanish is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
